Pricing
All products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. While prices of most products do not fluctuate daily, some commodities and fresh food prices do change daily. If prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded at the time of delivery.

Coupon Terms and Conditions
1. All coupons are valid on a cart value of 500 and above as a discount.
2. Each coupon code will have its validity period, mentioned on the coupon itself. Use the coupon within this period.
3. Coupons can only be redeemed on a cart value of 500/- or more.
4. Each coupon code can be used only once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
6. Coupons are non-transferable and can be used only by the person they were issued to.
7. If the order value exceeds the coupon value, the customer must pay the difference.

Cancellation by Site / Customer
You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such cases, we will refund any payments made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transactions or transactions that defy the terms & conditions of using the website, we may cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

The arbitration shall be held in Puducherry and in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
