At Vantillu Spices, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within the specified period.
Return Window
We offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you via chat, phone, or email to guide you through the return process and will generate a ticket in our system. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your request within 2 to 5 business days and credit your account according to the original payment method. We will notify you of the transaction by email or phone and resolve the ticket in our system. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Packaging for Return
Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are properly packaged to prevent any damage, as such damage will not be covered by our returns policy and product warranty.
Important Notes
- This policy does not cover products that have been used.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the cost of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded.
- For exchanges, any price difference between the original item and the replacement item will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the return shipment.
- For online purchases made with multiple payment methods (e.g., electronic gift card and credit card), we reserve the right to credit the full refund amount to the gift card used for the initial purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (like food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Canceling an Order
Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled. You must return the item to receive a refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Returning a Parcel Sent to the Wrong Address
If our transporter is unable to deliver a parcel, it will be returned to the sender’s address on the shipping label. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm whether you want to cancel or receive your order. We will verify your shipping information, and any reshipping costs will be billed to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
